Bidders, like you, register with Shortlister and indicate which trade classifications you are interested working on as well as a variety of other information you wish to help optimize your project search. You are able to narrow your bid leads by trade, project type, dollar value and geography. Receive as many or few bid leads as you want and change your bidder profile at any time.

After successfully completing registration, Shortlister instantly creates an Account Manager for you to monitor the projects that you are interested in bidding on or that you have successfully bid. The Account Manager allows bidders to quickly review the specifics of the projects they are interested in, submit bids, review and request additional information from project owners and manage the entire bid process from a central location.

The Shortlist

After reviewing and analyzing a project and it is determined you would like to submit a bid you do so through the Shortlister site. Your bid submission automatically generates your quote onto the project owner's "Shortlist." Your "Shortlist" information includes your name, firm name (if applicable), contact information and bid price. Upon reviewing their "Shortlist" the project owner will contact you if your proposal met their desired criteria. The "Shortlist" process significantly increases your employment opportunities and maximizes your market reach in order to effectively and efficiently grow your business.
